I understand that submitting this form is an offer of an in-kind contribution and does not mean Umoja has accepted the gift.

Some gifts require additional review or Board approval before Umoja can accept them. Umoja may decline items that are unsafe, damaged, expired, unusable, or impractical to store, transport, maintain, or use.

You are responsible for determining the value of a non-cash gift for tax purposes. Any acknowledgment from Umoja will describe the accepted property without confirming a dollar value.

Thank you. We received your offer.
