Designs training, prepares the team for matches and sets the tactical approach. Manages player development across the roster and makes selection and lineup decisions.
Helps run training and works with players individually. Supports the head coach on tactics and game-day decisions.
Trains the goalkeepers and helps with field sessions. Works with each keeper on technique, positioning, and game reading.
Sets club strategy and runs day-to-day operations. Builds and manages sponsor relationships, handles recruiting, and works with families through the college placement process.
