Safety resources live in one place.

We keep the full family policies and forms in PlayMetrics so families always have one current source instead of chasing copies around the website.

When You Need to Act

If something needs attention, tell us.

Forms, authorizations, and full policies stay in PlayMetrics. The public website only needs to make the next step clear.

Safety & Conduct

Report a Concern

If something involving player safety, conduct, supervision, or another club concern needs attention, contact Umoja so we can respond and route it appropriately.

Weather delays, field changes, cancellations, and team-specific instructions are communicated through PlayMetrics and Umoja’s normal team channels.

Immediate emergency?

Call 911 first. For a club-related issue that is not an immediate emergency, contact Umoja so the right person can follow up.
