Recruiting
Players get seen here.
Everything Umoja does to help a player be found by the right program — and everything a college coach needs to find them. Pick your side.

Coaches & scouts
Looking for a player, planning to see us, or need something from Umoja? One form, about thirty seconds.
Talent is evenly distributed and access is not. A player who is not seen does not get recruited, however good they are, so the club builds the film, keeps the profiles current and tells coaches where to find our players. That work is part of the program, not an extra.
Umoja program names are our own development levels, not claims of league membership. Our players are recruited on their football and their film.
