This process is for a season-ending injury confirmed by a doctor. It is not the route for a voluntary withdrawal, which is handled separately — write to us and we will talk it through.
A refund settles the money. It does not end anyone’s place in the club. Your player stays part of the group they were placed with.
When a player is medically able to be there, we want them at team events and matches. Being around the group is good for a player who is hurt, and good for the group.
When your player reaches that stage medically, Umoja runs a return-to-play program to bring them back properly rather than straight into a full session.
