Motorcoaches, vans, flights, hotels, and travel meals for league games, tournaments, and showcases belong in Season Travel. Rides to and from regular training belong under Transportation & Carpools.
Before applicable trips, families receive the final itinerary and instructions to confirm the player’s actual transportation, lodging, travel meals, and any family-arranged portions of the trip.
Standing rules for rooming, hotel movement, parent visits, chaperones, player conduct, supervision, emergencies, and team-managed travel.
Official overnight chaperones are selected through Umoja’s volunteer process and complete the required background check and SafeSport training.
